Devon's 1st Day of 5th Grade!!!

Devon has entered the last year of elementary!!! :( My baby is growing up!!! He had a wonderful first day...he really likes his homeroom teacher and has several friends in his class. This year he will switch classes amongst 4 different teachers...this preps the kids for junior high. Good Luck Devon!!!

Busy Weekend!!!

We were very busy bees this weekend!!! We had a birthday party Friday, a pool party Saturday afternoon along with a lil bit of school shopping, Sunday we went furniture shopping with my dad and then had a family dinner for Zachary before he leaves for Texas State...tear :(

2 Months!!!

Brooklyn turned 2 months yesterday and we celebrated by going to the doctor!!! Here are her stats...

Height 23 1/2 inches - 75%

Weight 10 lbs. 13 oz. - 50%

Head 39 cm - 50%

Dr. Clarke said she looked great!!! Then the not so fun portion of the visit...SHOTS!!! B girl received 3 shots in one thigh and 2 in the other thigh plus an oral vaccine. My poor baby was NOT a happy camper.

7 Weeks

Brooklyn turned 7 weeks this past Wednesday and I am very happy to report that Tuesday night she started sleeping through the night!!! YAHOOO!!! I woke up about 15 minutes before she did and felt very refreshed!!! She also started daycare on Thursday :( I was very sad to drop her off but she is in good hands with Maria. Her teacher said she is a very good baby. Devon had church camp this past week with his friend Jordan. They have been singing Jesus songs all week long...so cute!!!
