Babies Galore

This weekend was full of Alief babies! Preparing for babies and meeting babies! My mom, Devon and I went to Katie's baby shower on Saturday which was adorable!!! Today, we went to a Sip & See hosted by Natalie & Gail in honor of Denisse and baby Olivia!!! It was so great to see most of the Alief girls and their mom's!!! We missed you Shelley!!! And a million thanks for the adorable onesies...you are so damn creative!!! Devon got some much needed practice holding little Livi!!! He is definitely ready for his sister's arrival!!!

She will be here before we know it

Yesterday i went to eat lunch with Devon at school. He had been asking me forever and since i had an afternoon doctor's appointment it finally worked out. He was thrilled to see me along with Mickey D's. After lunch i had my weekly doctor's appointment and it was decided if Miss Brooklyn doesn't come on her own...we will induce on Tuesday, June 10th!!! Our lil princess will be arriving in 3 1/2 weeks if not sooner!!! I'm hoping she stays with "our schedule" but girls will be girls!!!

4 - 6 weeks left

This past Tuesday, I was officially 34 weeks into my pregnancy. I went to the doctor yesterday and he said at my next weekly appointment we could discuss dates to induce! Why would i induce? Well, I originally wanted her to come whenever she was ready but remembering that devon was a week late and that my mom, dave and zach have a graduation cruise planned shortly after my due date...inducing quickly became an option! My doctor said he would induce at 39 weeks (this is of course if she hasn't already come on her own). I'm thinking the 7th, 10th or 13th so stay tuned to find out what my doctor agrees to!
